Ready to serve? Let’s serve with purpose.
SERVE 101 is designed to equip every volunteer to understand not only what we do, but why we do it. Serving is more than filling a role—it’s an opportunity to represent Christ, care for people, and help create an environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and welcomed.
During this interactive class, you’ll learn the purpose and heart behind serving at The Chapel, what’s expected of our volunteers, and practical ways to serve with excellence.
Together, we’ll explore how we interact with guests, members, church leadership, and one another, including communication, hospitality, teamwork, handling challenging situations, and representing The Chapel well—both inside and outside the church.
Our goal is simple: that we leave our time together equipped, connected, aligned, and on one accord—ready to serve God and His people with excellence.
Whether you’re preparing to serve for the first time or you’ve been serving for years, SERVE 101 helps us serve from the same heart, with the same purpose.
